Code of Conduct

A CODE OF LIFE TO RESPECT

For the well-being of all!

Usva welcomes you solo, in couple or between friends, to underline a special event or after an intense physical activity! Whatever the reason for your visit, our bubble of well-being will satisfy all your senses!

Out of respect for all our guests, we ask you to follow this code of conduct during a relaxing getaway:

  • The site is a place of relaxation. Some areas are completely silent and others allow you to speak in a low voice. Guests are requested to respect the atmosphere of each identified area.
  • Dress Code: Only bathing suit, bathrobe and sandals are allowed.
  • For hygiene reasons, please use a towel at all times to sit in our dry sauna.
  • Behaviors deemed inappropriate will not be tolerated.
  • For the ultimate relaxing experience, the use of cell phones and cameras is prohibited on the site. It is however tolerated in the bistro lounge.
  • For safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on the site.
  • Food and alcohol from outside are not allowed on our site.
  • We are proud to offer you a smoke-free environment.
  • The site is reserved for people aged 16 and over with the exception of family mornings where we welcome children aged 5 and over.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises if these instructions are not respected, and without any compensation from us. This may lead, in some cases, to a ban on future access to the site.

Nota bene

We are not responsible for lost, forgotten, damaged or stolen personal items, even if they have been left in your locker or car.

As changes in weather conditions, widespread power outages or water main breaks are out of our control, no compensation will be offered for an unforeseen change resulting in the closure of baths and saunas.
