Dare to relax with your family

At Usva, we believe that the thermal experience is quite beneficial for both adults and children.

Come enjoy, as a family, an activity focused on relaxation during our family mornings offered the first Sunday of each month, from 10 am to 1 pm!

Family mornings will begin Sunday May 6, 2018.

Parent access: $35
Child access: $15

Reservations required, 1-855-772-8782 ext 400. A credit card is required to secure your booking. Spaces are limited.

Nota Bene

  • Ratio is 1 child per adult or 2 children per adult if 1 child is 10 years old or over.
  • The minimum age allowed is 5 years.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the site.
  • No children wearing diapers will be allowed in the facilities.
  • Bring a bathing suit, sandals, kid’s bathrobe and reusable bottle of water (no glass container).

Conditions of sale and practical information

  • Prices subject to change without notice. Taxes not included.
  • All our massage therapists are members in good standing of a professional association in New Brunswick and can issue receipts for your insurance or tax returns.
  • Reservations required for massages, with a credit card number (MasterCard or Visa). Cancellation or change within 24 hours of your appointment will carry a processing fee of $ 90 plus tax.
  • You can enjoy a massage even if you do not want to benefit from the thermal experience.
  • We do not take reservations for the thermal experience except for the Family mornings. To ensure an optimal experience, we limit the number of guests who can use our facilities at the same time.
  • You must bring your swimsuit, sandals and a reusable bottle of water (no glass containers). You can also bring your bathrobe or rent one at our reception desk.
  • Two towels and a locker will be provided upon arrival, as well as a wristband with a key for your locker.
  • It is forbidden to bring food or drinks. Usva provides a bistro area and water fountains for your convenience.
  • Alcohol consumption is only permitted in the bistro area and the bistro terrace.
  • Thermotherapy facilities are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
  • Reserved for those 16 years and over, except for family mornings where we welcome children aged 5 and over.
  • As changes in weather conditions or power outages are out of our control, no compensation will be offered for an unexpected change resulting in the closure of pools and saunas.
  • Usva code of conduct must be respected at all times. Any misconduct may lead to expulsion without refund.
